are you kidding!? it is so you! and the style part especially! everything in your world is aesthetically pleasing or is on it's way to being crafted that way ;)! and the encouraging empathy part is so on. that's why you always get my breakdowns!

you just paste the graphic on your web page..it is right under the graphic copy and paste is all I did.
I tried to copy and paste but it wouldn't let me. I'm graphic challenged I suppose...now, if I could just stamp it on there....hmmmmm.
I guess the authoritarian thing means I like doing my things my way. It's my way or the highway...just kidding? Who knows? I always try to figure out which questions make the answers come up the way they do but I can't figure this one out!
Can't let you get ahead of me so I took it too. I do think I scored too low on openness and empathy but it seems to be pretty much on target otherwise. Maybe I just didn't get the little green ball in the right grid.

From what I know of you this sounds like you! :) Yours was so nice.. I took mine and just put it up on my blogg and it makes me sounds pretty tough! (it's hard to hear b/c I know it's true! yikes!) I'll have to get to know you a bit better so I can come back and REALLY comment on your report :)
